Besocis is a boutique advisory firm, headquartered in IFZA Free Zone, Dubai and practising across the UAE and the European Union. Our work is built on a simple observation: the clients who benefit most from careful structuring are precisely the ones least likely to receive it.
The large institutional firms are organised around scale. Their partners rarely touch anything under a certain deal size, and the work cascades through layers of associates. The freelance end of the market is the opposite — accessible, but without the benches or the written standards that serious cross-border work requires.
We built Besocis to sit in the middle. Partner-led on every engagement, small enough to be discreet, deep enough to write opinions we are prepared to stand behind. Our clients are founders, family offices, mid-market groups, and the counsel who advise them — typically between the UAE, Spain, and the wider EU.
We are selective about who we take on. Not as a posture, but because partner-level attention cannot be promised to everyone at once.
Our clients' affairs are their own. We do not publish case studies with names, we do not name-drop on calls, and we assume confidentiality applies until explicitly waived.
Verbal advice evaporates. We put material positions in writing, with the reasoning intact — so our work can be read by auditors, regulators, and the next advisor, years later.
A ten-page memo for a five-page problem serves no one. We scale the depth of analysis to the decision at hand — rigorous where it matters, restrained where it does not.
We do not earn commissions on referrals, and we do not resell third-party products. Our advice is paid for in professional fees, and nothing else — which keeps our recommendations honestly yours.
Our primary corridor is UAE ↔ Spain, extending naturally across the GCC and the European Union. We work with trusted correspondent firms for filings in jurisdictions where local presence is required.
